Keith Brooks

In 2015, Keith underwent transformative coaching, reshaping his personal and professional life. Now a partner at Noble Story Group and the founder of The National Fellowship For Black and Latino Male Educators, Keith is dedicated to leveraging emotional intelligence to help people reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience, including Middle School Principal, he facilitated high academic gains while maintaining exceptional staff retention, morale, and family satisfaction. As a recent recipient of the Yass Prize, the “The Pulitzer of Education”, he’s focused on increasing the number of Black and Latino male educators in senior and C-level roles.
