Kelsey is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG's Dallas office. She is a leader in the firm's Public Sector and Social Impact practices, focusing primarily on the Education & Workforce and State & Local sectors. Kelsey has led engagements for both public- and private-sector clients focusing on developing and executing strategies and implementation plans. Her client work has included supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive early childhood education strategy, spanning from birth to third grade, for one of the largest urban school districts. She has also supported the transformation of a community college to align programs to the workforce needs of the community and increase student success. Kelsey received her MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with Highest Distinction from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her BA in Economics.
