Kim Wooden

Ms. Wooden is a seasoned educator and dedicated advocate for student success. Ms. Wooden has an extensive background spanning multiple facets of education. Her career includes roles as a teacher in both special and general education, school administrator, Chief Student Services Officer, and Deputy Superintendent of the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, NV. Throughout her career, Ms. Wooden has led initiatives in Special Education Services, Gifted and Talented Education, PreK learning, English Language Learners, and Grants and Federal Programs. She is deeply committed to addressing challenges in providing equitable educational opportunities for all students. An accomplished speaker, Ms. Wooden has delivered numerous webinars and presentations focused on translating the science of reading into effective classroom practices.
