Lakshya Daga

Lakshya Daga is the founder of TruLeague, a vision that stemmed from his personal journey navigating college admissions as a first-generation international student. He experienced firsthand how students make life-shaping decisions with limited insight into real experiences, and he built TruLeague to make higher education more accessible, transparent, and inclusive for all students. TruLeague empowers colleges and universities to grow enrollment yield and retain best-fit students by elevating the student voice throughout the educational journey, from prospect to alumni, through peer-driven mentorship and AI-powered insights. Lakshya is a Babson College MBA alum, TEDx speaker, and Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee. He led TruLeague to victory at Shark Tank at EdTech Week 2025, and through the prestigious Techstars accelerator program in 2024. Prior to TruLeague, Lakshya worked at Fortune 500 companies such as EY and later served as CEO of Avani Group, where he led a 200-member team and drove operational scale with a focus on execution and culture. Lakshya brings an operator’s discipline to building solutions in the education space that deliver measurable impact for institutions and clarity for students. His mission is to make global education feel personal, transparent, and empowering. Today, TruLeague has evolved into a robust student engagement platform for universities, helping students around the world make confident, more informed decisions. Outside of work, Lakshya is a former national-level golfer and enjoys embracing challenges that inspire personal growth.
