Lana Nguyen

I currently serve as the Director of School Operations at Alpha Public Schools, a network of four schools (three TK-8 and one 9-12). I began my journey with Alpha in 2012 as a School Operations Manager at one site and have been with the organization ever since. With over a decade of experience, I am committed to streamlining systems and improving school efficiency. Originally from Orange County, CA, I have lived in the Bay Area for the past 15 years, bringing a strong focus on operational excellence and school safety.
