Latricia has devoted her career to increasing opportunities for people holding traditionally marginalized identities through leadership development and the transformation of organizational strategies, systems, and culture. She has worked in the nonprofit, education, and financial services sectors and held senior leadership roles at several national organizations overseeing strategy, talent, finance, operations, and programmatic efforts. Latricia has also led client services engagements focused on strengthening talent systems, building organizational capacity around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and improving leadership team culture and effectiveness. She serves as a coach for senior executives in the areas of team management and DEI and has experience supporting organizations with strategic clarity and planning, designing leadership bodies, improving decision-making processes, and implementing change management efforts.Latricia graduated from Duke University, where she majored in Public Policy Studies and Economics and minored in African and African-American Studies. She is a DC-area native living in her second hometown of Atlanta, GA, where she serves on the board of the Black Teacher Collaborative and is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta. Latricia is a proud daughter, opinionated big sister, and doting aunt who watches more reality TV than she’d care to admit and loves coffee, wine, (most) sports, and traveling the world.
