Laura Dermody

Laura Dermody is a Director of Platform & Solutions at BCG U, Boston Consulting Group's global upskilling business, where she leads product and technology teams to design AI-powered learning solutions that drive business outcomes at scale. She specializes in edtech and digital transformation with deep expertise in online learning, capability building, and organizational strategy. Prior to joining BCG, she held senior leadership roles across leading education technology organizations, including Anthology, 2U, and Pearson, where she led online program delivery, partnerships with universities, and revenue and operations performance. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and academic strategy roles at Vanderbilt University and The Ohio State University. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Human Development from The Ohio State University.
