Laura Scholl

Laura Scholl brings over 20 years of experience in education and visual effects to her role as Sr. Course Developer, Omniverse. Previously, as a professor she focused on the future of work by creating courses to facilitate collaboration between instructor, learner, and DCC apps. As a technical director and product manager at Disney, Sony, and Mental Images she was immersed in the ambiguity of cutting-edge technologies. Laura holds a BFA from UMass Amherst in CG and an MS from the MIT Media Lab. Her volunteer work includes Director of WWC and Program Director of MakeICT Maker Academy a STEAM initiative.
