Laura Zarrow

Prior to joining Wharton GenAI Labs, Laura was the founding Executive Director of Wharton People Analytics, advancing evidence-based research and the dissemination of actionable insights to help organizations and employees thrive. She also served as the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation for the Wharton AI and Analytics Initiative, where she founded the Wharton Healthcare Analytics Lab.She began her work at Wharton in the Innovation Group, and served as the Executive Director of Lifelong Learning, expanding in-person and online education to engage the school’s global network of 90,000+ alumni at every stage of career. In addition to her leadership roles, Laura hosted Women@Work on SiriusXM’s Business Radio for over a decade, earning a Gracie Award from the National Women in Media Foundation for Best National Talk Show.Before Wharton, she served as Dean of the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts and Associate Provost at The University of the Arts, leading initiatives that strengthened teaching, learning, creative practice, and institutional growth. She holds a BFA from the University of the Arts and an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
