Lauren is a Partner in BCG's Raleigh-Durham office and a member of the Public Sector, Education, Employment, and Welfare, and People Practice Areas. She acts as the North America lead for the Welfare topic area. Lauren focuses on supporting state and local government clients, primarily those in the health and human services portfolio, with an emphasis on workforce, people strategy, and operating model strategy. She has supported clients across the cradle-to-career spectrum, from early childhood education to developing talent pipelines, to driving better employee engagement.
Lauren has worked on topics such as social safety net services, public health, broadband access and closing the digital divide, housing and homelessness, international development, and sustainability and social impact strategy. She has supported numerous clients on vision and strategy development and organizational transformation, with experience in customer insights, predictive modeling, and workshop facilitation.
Lauren is passionate about people & team development and addressing racial equity in her professional and personal life. She serves on the board of People Serving People, a non-profit in Minneapolis supporting families experiencing homelessness and seeking to end the cycle of homelessness through systemic change.
