Lauren Yayboke

Lauren Yayboke is an Associate Partner at McKinsey. She has deep experience developing workforce development strategies in support of state and local governments, large public universities, foundations, and private sector companies. She leads McKinsey’s Workforce Development Service Line at the intersection of education and economic development. Lauren received a Bachelors of Arts in Finance from the University of Texas and a Masters in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School.
