Lawrence Stevens leads the companywide strategies for skills and the AI-powered learning technology ecosystem at Cisco. A recognized pacesetter in enterprise learning transformation, Lawrence led one of the fastest learning ecosystem overhauls in the industry — replacing 20-year-old technology with an industry-leading stack in just six months — and took Cisco's skills transformation from ground zero to delivering business value in under a year. With over 16 years of experience driving skills strategy, learning technology ecosystems, and large-scale transformation across Fortune 150 companies, Lawrence brings a pragmatic, replicable approach to building future-ready learning architectures. Prior to Cisco, he led Micron University and launched its journey to become a skills-based organization; scaled learning technology and operations at Meta through hyper-growth from 15,000 to 60,000 employees; served as Visa University's Americas Region Head; and designed and launched ConocoPhillips' first-ever Learning Center. Lawrence is passionate about building universal technology ecosystems ready for the AI era — frameworks any company can follow regardless of maturity, size, or resourcing.
