
Dr. Leigh Ann DeLyser is the founding director of SRI's Center for the Future of Education and Technology. Leigh Ann has spent her career advocating for rigorous approaches to the integration of computer science, computational thinking, and AI in educational settings for all students. At SRI, Leigh Ann led the NSF funded Eddie Bernice Johnson INCLUDES Coordination Hub and other projects. Prior to joining SRI, Leigh Ann was the co-founder and executive director of CSforALL. She was named one of the Women Leading the AI Revolution in Education at the ASU+GSV Air Show in 2024. Leigh Ann received her PhD in computer science and cognitive psychology, with a focus on CS education, from Carnegie Mellon University and has taught math and computer science in multiple post secondary institutions and K12.
