Under his leadership, Robots & Pencils has built a world-class team of engineers, designers, and AI strategists, helping education institutions and enterprise organizations across industries responsibly move from fragmented AI pilots to connected, enterprise-scale systems.
Len brings a proven track record of building and scaling category-defining companies. He founded and led Brulant, growing it into one of North America’s largest privately held interactive agencies. He guided its merger with Rosetta and remained on the board through its sale to Publicis.
At Robots & Pencils, he has reunited key executives of that leadership team and driven rapid growth. The firm holds recognition as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and AWS Pattern Partner, reinforcing its leadership in delivering agentic and generative AI solutions that transform how organizations operate, personalize experiences, and scale efficiently.
Len also serves as Founder and Chairman of Next Sparc, a Cleveland-based family office focused on direct investments in founder-led businesses and advancing AI-driven growth across its portfolio. Through Next Sparc, he served as Chairman of Robots & Pencils since 2017 before stepping into the CEO role in May 2025.
