Lester Liu

Lester Liu is PowerSchool’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships. Prior to PowerSchool, Lester served as the Head of Corporate Development at Workday and held various leadership positions covering M&A, strategy and integration for Visa, Uber and Ellie Mae. Lester was a Senior Vice President in technology M&A with Lehman Brothers and Barclays and held similar leadership positions at Merrill Lynch and Thomas Weisel Partners. Lester holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Stanford University. He currently resides in the Bay Area with his wife and twin teenage sons.
