Lisa is Chief Executive Officer at NAF, a national network of education, business, and community leaders who work together to ensure that traditionally underserved high school students are college, career, and future ready. She oversees all programmatic and operational functions and the strategic vision of the organization, which is responsible for supporting a network of over 615 career-themed academies serving over 113,000 students in 35 states, plus DC, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Lisa came to NAF as a consultant in 2012 to provide leadership around the use of analytics to support outreach and engagement efforts across multiple sectors by working cross-functionally to integrate data into NAF branding and messaging to support the organization’s growth plan which led her to become Vice President of Marketing & Communications. In 2016 she took on the Chief Operating Officer role, providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to to effectively grow the organization and elevate NAF’s mission and programs. She then became President in 2018 and then CEO in 2022.Before joining NAF, Lisa was a management consultant, with projects spanning a range of industries and functions. She helped shape corporate, partnership, and marketing strategies with a primary focus on the retail and hospitality & tourism industries from various perspectives across organizations.
