
Lori Woodley‑Langendorff, MS, PPS, is a nationally recognized education leader and the 2026 CASC School Counselor Advocate of the Year. A former multi‑level school counselor with nearly three decades in schools, she is the author of SEL Muscle Mastery: 6 Tools for Building Resiliency and Connection in Schools and Communities, which gives educators concrete ways to embed social‑emotional literacy into everyday practice. Lori is the producer and co‑creator of the award‑winning A Trusted Space® film and curriculum series and the national PSA This Is A Trusted Space, which has reached over 2 billion viewers and helped shift the conversation about grief, stress, and behavior in schools.
As co‑founder and Chief Visionary Officer of All It Takes, Lori partners with CalHOPE Schools and county offices of education including Los Angeles (LACOE), Ventura (VCOE), and others to bring prevention‑focused SEL supports to districts across California. Her collaborations span higher education and K–12 systems, including work with USC Rossier School of Education and implementation of A Trusted Space® resources in schools statewide. Through keynotes, film‑based trainings, and hands‑on workshops, Lori equips adults with practical, research‑informed tools to strengthen their own SEL skills so they can build safe, connected, and resilient learning communities for every student.
