Madhavi Shankar, a tech entrepreneur, is the Co-founder and CEO of SpaceBasic, Inc., an AI-enabled SaaS platform digitizing the non-curriculum life of a student by automating everyday tasks and communication within universities, schools and student housing communities, in one workspace. Currently, over 70 educational institutions with over 250,000 students and staff use SpaceBasic to digitize tasks, empowering campus communities for a better living experience.Madhavi's contributions through SpaceBasic have earned her recognition on esteemed platforms such as Forbes 30 under 30 Asia, Entrepreneur India 35 under 35, and Top 30 Women Transforming India by the Government of India & United Nations. She actively mentors for Techstars and serves as an advisory board committee member for the 1M2030 initiative by the United Nations Training and Research (UNITAR) and Global Challenges Forum. Madhavi proudly represented India as one of the 9 Youth Speakers at the United Nations HQ in Geneva, part of the 1M2030 initiative. As a woman entrepreneur, she is dedicated to contributing to global women's employment and promoting equal opportunities, aligning with her mission at SpaceBasic.
