Maggie Ruvoldt

As the chief human resources officer at LEARN Behavioral, Maggie Ruvoldt oversees human resources, talent acquisition and onboarding, HR technology, total compensation and talent management. She brings over 30 years of human resources, business operations, and account management experience in private, start up, venture backed and public companies. Before LEARN she spent over a decade in the EdTech sector including as the Chief People Officer for 2U, Inc. Margaret is passionate about developing new leaders and working in mission driven organizations. Ruvoldt holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from Connecticut College, a master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Business School.
