Manoj Jonna is the Co-Founder & CEO of Ramped, a job-skilling and talent discovery platform that includes a learning & skilling platform for jobseekers and a tech-enabled talent discovery service for employers. Over 150 employers trust Ramped to find and hire skilled talent. Prior to Ramped, Manoj served as Chief Strategy Officer of Reservations.com where he owned strategy and operations for a leading consumer travel brand with over a million customers. Manoj was also part of the Founding Team at YayPay (acquired by Quadient). Before YayPay, he worked as an investment banker at Deloitte Corporate Finance where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and specialized in training & staffing businesses. Manoj holds a JD from Georgetown Law School.
