Marcus Castro is the CEO and Founder of CareerOS, leading a team of 20+ professionals globally. Marcus is a renowned speaker, having presented at various industry-leading conferences, where he shares his insights on leveraging AI and technology. Recently, Marcus won a prestigious pitch competition, winning 1,000,000 euros, further demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the industry. Prior to founding CareerOS, Marcus was Head of Sales & Strategy at Bloobirds, where he focused on creating and implementing go-to-market strategies, developing key partnerships, and designing enterprise sales strategies. His career began in Investment Banking, where he gained valuable experience at BBVA, issuing over $8 billion in bonds. Marcus holds an MBA from ESADE (2022) and a degree in Finance from the University of Alabama (2014). He previously owned 5 restaurants and 2 food trucks.
