
Mark Ollila is the Founding Director of the Endless Games and Learning Lab, where he is building a new model for education centered on games, AI, and global creative communities. The Lab advances Play-to-Learn, Make-to-Learn, and Learn-to-Earn through studio-based courses, international hackathons, industry partnerships, stackable microcredentials, and the development of MIRANDA—an AI-driven knowledge graph system that makes learning visible through gameplay. His work connects game design, learning science, and scalable ecosystem development to expand access to meaningful education worldwide.
With more than two decades of leadership across gaming, mobile, internet, and emerging technologies, Mark has led companies through public markets, advised high-growth startups, and served on public and private boards, including AAA game developers. At Nokia, he held senior strategy and innovation roles leading global games publishing and media services reaching hundreds of millions of users, helping shape the company’s long-term technology roadmap and its landmark partnership with Microsoft. He currently serves on the board of Blind Squirrel Entertainment. Mark holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from London Business School.
