Before joining MetaMetrics, Matt was the Senior Director of Product at ACT, where he led the development of innovative assessment solutions, including expanding the WorkKeys assessment portfolio and introducing new workforce credentials.Matt is passionate about the intersection of AI and product management, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance learning, workforce development, and career readiness. He is dedicated to building high-performing product teams and driving best practices in product strategy, innovation, and leadership.
