Maurice McCaulley

Maurice is a Program Officer at the Melinda Gates Foundation on the Pathways team within US Programs. His work is focused on increasing access to high quality, tech-enabled advising supports to improve student experiences; ultimately helping them discover a path, stay on it, and thrive. Prior to the foundation, he was Senior Manager of College and Career Support with KIPP DC where his work included dual enrollment initiatives, university partnerships, and AI-enabled chatbot projects. Maurice holds a master’s degree in international education policy from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
