Meredyth Hendricks serves as the Associate Vice President of CareerCatalyst within ASU’s Learning Enterprise. CareerCatalyst is the umbrella organization for all non-degree career education at ASU, across all schools and colleges. Her team collaborates with experts across the university to build and scale job-relevant education programs that serve two key purposes: giving learners the skills they need to succeed at every career stage, and providing employers with a more skilled workforce. Prior to joining ASU, Meredyth served as the founding Chief Operating Officer of Foundry College, a venture-backed education technology startup. While there, Meredyth helped expand access to college-level education to the 36M Americans with some college but no degree via live, synchronous online classes based on the science of learning. Meredyth has also held roles in Sales Operations at LinkedIn, focusing on the LinkedIn Learning and Talent Solutions products; the University of California Office of the President, where she served as Deputy Chief of Staff to President Napolitano; and Bain & Company. Meredyth’s expertise is in business strategy, early stage venture growth, operational excellence, and education for jobs of the future. Meredyth holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Economics and Politics from Pomona College.
