Michael Iyescas

Michael Iyescas is an accomplished bilingual leader with over 15 years of experience spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors. In his current role as Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Philanthropy at Fossil Group, Inc., he leads the company’s sustainability strategy—Make Time for Good—integrating a purpose-driven framework to enhance both societal and environmental impact. Michael also oversees a global philanthropic portfolio that champions innovative, equitable, and sustainable solutions across six continents in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, as a Program Officer at the Kern Family Foundation, he oversaw a broad portfolio centered on education, policy, and thought leadership while spearheading the launch of an innovative pilot fund designed to catalyze entrepreneurial innovation. A committed advocate for collective impact, Michael actively serves on boards that bridge the business and civic sectors and engages communities as a speaker and thought leader. With deep expertise in philanthropy, sustainability, social impact, and strategic planning, he empowers organizations to achieve high-impact, systemic change. Michael resides in the Dallas, TX area with his wife, Allison, their two rambunctious toddlers, and their reclusive cat, Lola.
