Michael is energized by gaining new knowledge and skills, developing people, synthesizing data into strategy, turning strategy into action, and facilitating transformative employee, customer, and student experiences. He has cultivated a strong network of colleagues and collaborators throughout the United States and increasingly abroad, and embraces a global orientation, having worked and traveled in more than 10 countries.
