Dr. Michele Eller is the Superintendent for Sylacauga City Schools in Alabama. In her educational career of over 25 years, Dr. Eller has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, building administrator, central office director, career technical education director, and assistant superintendent. She has also been instrumental in school improvement through creating and providing high-quality professional development, cultivating valuable community partnerships, expanding academic and career opportunities for students, and empowering teachers and administrators to create opportunities for students to succeed.
