Miki Edelman

Miki Edelman is Senior Managing Director and Head of Americas at Macquarie Group. She additionally leads Portfolio Advocacy for Macquarie Capital where she focuses on value creation - mobilizing Macquarie’s global ecosystem to help growth and venture portfolio company C-Suite and founders scale their businesses. With over 20 years of experience across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, Miki brings a rare blend of high-level global strategy and hands-on execution. She has played a key role in building strategic partnerships and industry consortia, repositioning businesses, guiding organizations through disruptive changes, and introducing market-leading technologies to drive innovation. She brings deep board and board advisory experience across Ed Tech, Decision Intelligence, Research Tech, Reg Tech, and AI. At Macquarie, she serves on the Global Management Committee, the Americas Management Committee (Chair), the Northern Hemisphere AI Forum Committee, the Global Climate Solutions Task Force Steering Committee, and is a co-executive sponsor of the Unity Employee Network Group. She holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
