Milena Gashkevich

Milena Gashkevich is the Head of Learning & Development at Prudential, driving talent growth across career stages to support the company’s purpose, vision, and strategy. She leads leadership development, skill-building, and simplifies access to relevant learning. Previously, she was Lead HRBP for Individual Life Insurance, shaping talent strategies, building an internal startup, and executing a major divestiture. She also led HR transformation and created Prudential’s HR LEAD rotational program. With a diverse HR background spanning Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Executive Compensation, and HRBP roles globally, Milena was Head of Global Talent Attraction at Anheuser-Busch InBev, overseeing talent strategy for 250,000 employees. She began her career in Finance at Goldman Sachs, later moving into Financial Planning and Sales Analytics at Avon before transitioning to HR through American Express’s HR Global Rotation Program. Passionate about talent as a competitive advantage, she also prioritizes health, wellness, and outdoor adventures with her family—whether hiking, skiing, or traveling.
