As the President and Chief Executive Officer of EqualAI, Miriam leads the nonprofit organization that enables broader AI adoption through AI literacy and helps companies, policymakers, and leading institutions define and implement AI governance frameworks that foster innovation. She served as the Chair of the National AI Advisory Committee (NAIAC), mandated by Congress to advise the President and the White House on AI policy. Miriam hosts the In AI We Trust? podcast to raise AI literacy and awareness, and is the co-author of Governing the Machine: How to Navigate the Risks of AI and Unlock Its True Potential (Bloomsbury, October 2025).Miriam has served at the White House, the Department of Justice, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, WestExec Advisors, Georgetown University Law Center (GULC), and other prominent organizations.
