Myles Gage grew up and still resides in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood, where he attended Ariel Community Academy (ACA). ACA founded by John Rogers and Arne Duncan is unique to other CPS schools as students are exposed to financial markets and the basics of economics in the first grade. In 2008, Myles was the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago's Money $mart Kid of the year after writing an essay on liquidating his personal stock portfolio to finance his college education. Myles earned a full academic scholarship to the University of Chicago Laboratory School and from there, was able to land an early acceptance into University of Illinois' Gies College of Business by way of Chicago Scholars onsite fair and graduated in the spring 2016 with a degree in Finance. Myles would go on to co-found Rapunzl Investments alongside high school friend Brian Curcio during the summer of 2016 while simultaneously beginning a career as a Credit Analyst at CIBC. In 2019, Myles joined Rapunzl full-time, handling business development while building programming sponsors, outreach to schools, and developing long-term growth strategies.
