Naoko Kudo

Naoko Kudo is the Chief of Staff at Hazel Health, the nation's leading provider of school-based telehealth services. She works at the critical intersection of education and healthcare, expanding access to care by strengthening partnerships with school districts, state agencies, and health plans. A proud product of NYC public schools, Naoko began her career in education as a Program Manager with the NYC DOE’s School of One and has since focused on building systems that ensure young people receive the care they need when and where they need it. She has served as a school and network leader at Achievement First and was a founding team member of The Primary School, where she helped design and implement an integrated health and education model in East Palo Alto. Her experience spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles in early-stage startups and large-scale initiatives focused on workforce development and community impact. Naoko is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Oakland, California.
