Nicholas Morgan Founder & President, Adaptive Construction Solutions, Inc. Nicholas Morgan is the Founder and President of Adaptive Construction Solutions, Inc. (ACS), a national leader in registered apprenticeship programs that create earn-while-you-learn career pathways across construction, energy, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Founded in 2016, ACS delivers business-driven “quality” apprenticeships that help employers solve workforce shortages while expanding access to high-wage, high-demand careers. Under his leadership, ACS has grown into the nation’s largest apprenticeship intermediary for construction and energy, with a team of more than 100 workforce professionals. In 2025 alone, ACS supported over 5,000 apprentices working across more than 30 states, partnering with hundreds of employers—including many of the largest construction firms in the U.S. energy sector. ACS plays a critical role in enabling compliance for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, supporting over 23 gigawatts of clean energy capacity through registered apprenticeship and prevailing wage requirements tied to federal incentives. In 2026, ACS announced a national initiative in collaboration with NVIDIA to develop registered apprenticeship programs designed to train and deploy 10,000 skilled workers to help build the AI factories and energy systems powering the next industrial era. A decorated U.S. Army combat veteran awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, Nicholas draws on his own transition experience as a disabled veteran to champion expanded access to apprenticeships and economic mobility. He is a recognized advocate for workforce innovation and has spoken at the World Economic Forum in Davos and the ILO’s Quality Apprenticeships.
