Nikki is the founder and CEO of Lit, an organization transforming literacy education through strategic system-level partnerships, and Bloom, an innovative voice-enabled learning platform. The organization drives measurable impact across 40 partners in 23 states, reaching 65,000 K-8 students. Her data-driven leadership as assistant superintendent at Uncommon Schools resulted in elementary schools outperforming state averages by 32% in ELA and 44% in Mathematics. As founding principal of Leadership Prep Ocean Hill Elementary Academy, she led the school to rank among New York State's top 10 charter schools for three consecutive years, culminating in a National Blue Ribbon Award. Her innovative approaches to instruction and leadership development are featured in prominent educational publications and training programs at the Relay Graduate Schools' National Principal and Supervisors Academy. Nikki holds degrees from Georgetown University and Harvard Graduate School of Education, with doctoral work in Literary Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
