Nirmit Parikh is on a mission to empower India's rising workforce, tackling the pressing issue of unemployment with technology. With a decade of experience at Apple and Intel, he transitioned from corporate success to serial entrepreneurship, creating impactful ventures. His latest startup, apna, represents his commitment to social change, aiming to revolutionize the hiring landscape for India’s 140 crore people. Nirmit’s entrepreneurial journey began at 21 with Incone Technologies, a startup focused on dam automation to prevent flood devastation. His groundbreaking work earned him recognition as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. He later founded Cruxbot, a platform that summarizes websites, which was acquired by Intel, propelling him to Silicon Valley as Intel's Director of Data Analytics. He then went on to work at Apple in product and strategy.
