Nitin leads Mumbai office for DC Advisory, as well as leading Education and Fintech practice areas for the firm in India.Over the years, he has advised on 35+ deals for a cumulative deal value of USD 4B+. Some of his recent marquee M&A transactions include Partnership between Heritage Schools and Lighthouse Learning, Sale of Great Learning to Byju’s, Sale of Mosambee to Pine Labs, Sale of Whitehat Jr to Byju’s, Sale of MRL Posnet to Worldline. In addition, he has advised on several large K12 and Education transactions which remain undisclosed for confidentiality reasons.Nitin has an overall professional experience of 22+ years of which the last 17 years have been in Investment Banking. Prior to joining DC Advisory in 2014, Nitin was Associate Director in the Investment Banking team of Edelweiss Financial Services where he lead the TMT Practice for the firm. Earlier in his career, Nitin provided strategic consulting services to global and Indian clients across financial services, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals and the hospitality industry.Nitin is based out of Mumbai.
