Noah Rabinowitz

Noah Rabinowitz is the Senior Director of Team and Organization Effectiveness at Royal Caribbean Group. He leads the development of enterprise learning strategies and programs. Before joining RCG, Noah gained valuable experience in various roles within industry and consulting, including instructional designer, facilitator, trainer, program manager, assessor, and coach. He has also served twice as Chief Learning Officer and worked across five continents. Noah has contributed to building corporate universities and is a respected thought leader in Learning & Development. Additionally, he co-leads the CLO LIFT project, a practitioner-led group of learning professionals focused on reclaiming the thought leadership agenda and solving the most complex problems in L&D. Noah lives in Boston with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors, drinking coffee, adventure travel, cooking, and gardening.
