Noelle DeLaney

Noelle DeLaney serves as Chief Operating Officer of the National School Choice Awareness Foundation (NSCAF), where she oversees organizational operations and the execution of the foundation’s 3 charitable programs: National School Choice Week (NSCW), Navigate School Choice and Conoce Tus Opciones Escolares. In this role, she provides strategic leadership across large-scale event development, school and partner engagement, grantmaking, and cross-sector partnerships, helping advance the organization’s mission to raise awareness of K–12 educational options and empower families to navigate school choice. Noelle has been involved with NSCAF’s charitable programming since 2016, previously serving in leadership roles including Vice President of Events and Partnerships and Outreach Manager for National School Choice Week. Her work has supported thousands of schools and organizations nationwide and strengthened collaborations across education, nonprofit, and community-based sectors. She currently serves on the board of directors for Dixon Montessori Charter School and is a member of the 2023 Leadership Institute cohort for the Policy Innovators in Education (PIE) Network. A California native, she lives in Northern California with her son and husband.
