Nuwan is the COO and EVP, Talent Solutions for P33, where he focuses on developing and executing the strategic vision for the organization, building critical talent infrastructure in Chicagoland, and driving the translation of ideas into pragmatic executable solutions with anchor institution partners in Chicago. Nuwan has played a critical role in building P33 from inception including strategy, operations, finance, fundraising, and Board governance. Nuwan has also overseen the implementation of novel talent solutions in Chicagoland to build a larger and more diverse supply of technical talent to Chicago companies, including the establishment of the Tech Talent Alliance, a group of 52 Chicago-based companies committed to making Chicago a premier destination to develop and attract tech talent. Prior to joining P33, Nuwan was the COO of the XS Tennis & Education Foundation on Chicago’s south-side and before that spent much of his career at Deloitte Consulting LLP., advising executives in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, and Philanthropy on Strategy, Analytics, and Human Capital considerations. Nuwan is a member of the Presidential Leadership Scholars class of 2024. He graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Accounting and Operations Management and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an M.B.A.
