Omer Glass

Omer Glass is the CEO and co-founder of Growthspace, a precision skill development platform helping enterprises build critical capabilities through expert-led and AI-enabled learning experiences. Prior to Growthspace, Omer was a management consultant and founded Careerology, an online career development school. He holds an MA in Behavioral Economics from Ben-Gurion University and is the founder of Hands of Light, a nonprofit supporting ALS and cancer patients. Omer is a member of the Forbes HR Council and is deeply passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.
