Parminder Jassal

Dr. Jassal serves as the CEO of Unmudl Skills-to-Jobs® Marketplace, a public benefit corporation headquartered in Austin, TX, Parminder's goal is to help working learners 'unmuddle' their futures. Unmudl is founded, seeded, and powered by America's community and technical colleges to close the technician and technologist talent gap for companies. At the Institute for the Future, Parminder founded the Work + Learn Futures Lab that helped shape the transformations underway in work and learn ecosystems. Her early perspectives are shaped by experiences at Fortune 50 companies such as Ford Motor Company, Atlantic Richfield Oil Company, and International Network Services sold to Lucent Technologies; along with co-founding start-ups like Technology Solutions and Consulting, Bombay House Restaurant, and East Indian Trading Cafe.
