Pat Larkin

Patrick Larkin serves as Program Executive and Deputy Director of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative.  In this role Larkin continues as the longstanding Director of the Innovation Institute at MassTech and he is acting as the Interim Director of the newly established Massachusetts AI Hub.  In December 2024 Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey released the findings of her Strategic Artificial Intelligence Task Force calling for a Massachusetts AI Hub, an initiative that facilitates the ongoing collaboration among government, industry, academia, and startups, aiming to enhance AI accessibility, commercialization, and workforce preparation, while positioning Massachusetts as a leader in applied AI. The Mass AI Hub is currently organizing itself around three core principles: 1) Equity and Values, 2) AI Compute Resources, and 3) the Innovation and Talent Ecosystem.
