Patrick Erker

Patrick Erker is an Associate Director at BCG U, focused on learning and upskilling strategies for leading global organizations. He helps companies and others drive business results through investments in learning, covering areas from strategic planning to ecosystem build and everything in between. He has worked across continents at BCG and was an Ambassador to BCG’s think tank, the BCG Henderson Institute. Prior to his current role, he was an executive and leader in a variety of ed tech start-ups and before business school worked in a variety of industries, including education, defense contracting, and investment banking. He earned his MBA, with distinction, from Harvard, alongside degrees from Dominican University and Duke University. He lives near Los Angeles with his family.
