Peter (“Pete”) C. Davis is an investor, Board member, and consultant in education and information services, serving as a Senior Advisor to BCG and Partner at Excolere Equity Partners.Previously, Pete was President of McGraw-Hill Education and EVP of Global Strategy for The McGraw-Hill Companies, leading a major portfolio restructuring that quadrupled the company’s stock. He spearheaded the launch of market-leading digital learning platforms and top formative assessments before the education business was divested.After McGraw, he advised private equity and TMT clients at McKinsey and BCG, working with firms like Goldman Sachs, Apollo, KKR, and Searchlight Capital. He has also advised mid-market private equity firms, including MidOcean Partners and Madison Dearborn Partners.
