
Raphael (Raphi) Rosenblatt serves as the Chief Portfolio Officer at Workforce Edge, an employer-focused education solution that connects companies and their employees to high-quality, industry-relevant education and career advancement opportunities. He leads the strategic evolution of Workforce Edge’s education and talent solutions portfolio. Raphael has spent his career operating at the intersection of workforce development, corporate upskilling, and education. Working across the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, he has built and scaled talent pathways, launched digital training products, and helped Fortune 500 companies reshape how they source, hire, and develop career-ready talent. His work has spanned organizations including Education Strategy Group, Grads of Life, and Year Up, partnering with employers across the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors to design solutions that drive meaningful business value and lasting workforce impact. Raphael’s commitment to creating pathways to economic mobility began when he joined Teach For America after college, spending three years teaching high school mathematics in the Bronx. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
