Raven Tukes

Raven Tukes, Senior Vice President of Partnerships, is passionate about developing relationships that widen economic access and opportunities for underrepresented groups in careers and entrepreneurship. As a former career development educator, online learning program manager, and strategic partnerships builder in tech, higher education, and the non-profit space, Raven has served thousands of students’ through building partnerships with companies across the U.S. and abroad. She transitioned to TPZ from HubSpot Academy, an online learning platform for HubSpot, which provides free online education to career seekers and growing businesses from all around the world. Before HubSpot, she was the Director for Shorelight’s Career Accelerator Program, overseeing career education programs for international students at Shorelight partner universities. Raven credits her experience as a Global Scholars Educator at the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg as her first foray into the youth entrepreneurship space, which sparked her passion for increasing access to entrepreneurship and career opportunities for youth in the U.S. and abroad. At The Possible Zone, her team leads the charge in implementing the organization's vast array of industry partners (80+) that fuel their project-based, career-connected programs. Raven holds a B.A. in Chinese Language and Education from College of the Holy Cross, and an M.Ed in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
