Rhys Spence

Rhys is Head of Platform and Research at Brighteye Ventures, a VC fund based in London and Paris with >€200M under management. The fund is focused on finding and supporting the best learning- and work-focused companies in Europe. He has been with the fund 5 years, leading work on exploring new sub-sectors and programmes to support portfolio companies and the wider learning and work ecosystem. Before Brighteye, Rhys was a director at the UK-based Education Policy Institute, exploring all areas of domestic education policy. In his spare time, Rhys is a keen runner, hiker and Arsenal fan.
