Rick Levin

Rick Levin served as President of Yale University from 1993 to 2013. Earlier he was the Frederick William Beinecke Professor of Economics and subsequently the CEO of Coursera from 2014 to 2017. He remained as a Senior Adviser at Coursera through 2024. He has previously served as an adviser to GSV and TPG, and he currently is a director of C3.ai, and Chair of Anthropic's Higher Education Advisory Board. He served on the President's Council of Advisers on Science and Technology from 2009 through 2015.
