Robin Graham

Robin A. Graham, Managing Director, is Group Head of Technology, Media & Communications for Oppenheimer’s investment bank. Mr. Graham brings more than two decades of experience raising equity capital and advising on a broad range of strategic mergers and acquisitions for high growth technology companies globally across all sectors of technology. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and reports directly to Robert Lowenthal, Head of U.S. Investment Banking for Oppenheimer

Robin previously led both the West Coast Investment Banking team as well as the Internet and Digital Media Banking teams at Needham & Company. Prior to Needham, he served as co-head of both the Internet Banking team and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at ThinkEquity LLC, a subsidiary of Panmure Gordon, where he was responsible for business development and strategic advisory work across the technology industry

Robin graduated with an A.B. from Harvard College, concurrently completing graduate school courses in economics, finance, and accounting through the Economics Department at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and the MIT Sloan School of Management
